Cancellation Policy

Taxi

You can cancel Taxi booking online. However, there are some Taxi booking that can only be cancelled through offline (by calling to our customer care).

The following is the cancellation fees:

Condition Cancellation Charges
 Upto 1 week before the pickup time  No charge (fully refundable), Only Rs. 20/- will be charged towards YatriAdda cancellation fees
 Less than 1 week and upto 2 days before the pickup time  10% of the total trip cost plus Rs. 20/- will be charged towards YatriAdda cancellation fees
 Less than 2 days and upto 24 hours before the pickup time  20% of the total trip cost plus Rs. 20/- will be towards YatriAdda cancellation fees
 Less than 24 hours before the pickup time   No refund
 Multi Day trip (Less than 24 hours before the pickup time)  The charge for the first day or 10% of total trip cost, whichever is higher, plus Rs. 20/- will be charged towards YatriAdda cancellation fees

a. If you make an amendment to your booking, Rs. 10/- per booking shall be charged by YatriAdda towards an amendment processing fees and you can request for amendment(s) to the booking 24 hours before the pickup time. No changes will be entertained within 24 hours of the pickup time.

b. In case where amendments are requested on Taxi type, the requested Taxi is subject to availability.

c. No refund will be made, in case of a ‘No-Show’ - where the customer has not informed YatriAdda on the change in travel date & pickup time on the scheduled 24 hours before the pickup time.

d. The amendments can be done by contacting to our customer care only.

e. In case you do not inform Chauffeur or Customer care about delay in boarding the Taxi on the travel date within 60 minutes from the pickup time, after 60 minute the booking will be considered as ‘No-Show’ and full booking amount will be forfeited.

f. All refund will be made to the Customer’s bank account from which the booking was made within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider or Airline. No cash refund will be made.

Air Ticket

a. If you cancel an Air Ticket, the standard cancellation charges as applicable by the respective airline shall apply plus Rs. 200 per passenger per sector for domestic flight and Rs. 1000/- per passenger for International flight shall also be charged by YatriAdda towards cancellation fees.

b. If you make an amendment to your booking, Rs. 200 per passenger per sector for domestic flight and Rs. 1000/- per passenger for International flight shall be charged by YatriAdda towards an amendment processing fees.

c. All refund will be made to the Customer’s bank account from which the booking was made within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider or Airline. No cash refund will be made.

d. The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and YatriAdda assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.

Bus Ticket

You can cancel most of the bus tickets online. However, there are some tickets that can only be cancelled through by calling to our customer care.

The following is the usual cancellation fee:

 Upto 1 week before the travel  No charge (fully refundable), Only Rs. 10/- will be charged towards YatriAdda cancellation fees
 Less than 1 week and upto 3 days before the travel  5% of the total ticket fare plus Rs. 10/- will be charged towards YatriAdda cancellation fees
 Less than 3 days and upto 24 hours before the travel  10% of the total ticket fare plus Rs. 10/- will be towards YatriAdda cancellation fees
 *Less than 24 hours before departure  No refund

However please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ for specific bus services. Please contact our customer care for cancellation details on any specific service.

All refund will be made to the Customer’s bank account from which the booking was made within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider or Airline. No cash refund will be made.

Hotel

You can cancel hotel online. However, there are some hotels that can only be cancelled through by calling to our customer care.

a. If you cancel the hotel, the cancellation charges as applicable by the respective hotel shall apply plus Rs. 200/- per booking (for few hotels) shall also be charged by YatriAdda towards cancellation fees. So the refund will be made to you after deducting the cancellation fees charged by the hotel. You can call to our customer care for more details in this regard.

b. The hotels which do not permit cancellation of reservations after they are made, 100% of booking amount will be forfeited.

c. In case of a ‘No-Show’, No refund will be made and 100% of booking amount will be forfeited.

d. If you make an amendment to your booking, Rs. 200/- per booking shall be charged by YatriAdda towards an amendment processing fees and you can request for amendment(s) to the booking 24 hours before the check-in time. However, some hotels do not permit changes of reservations after they are made. No changes will be entertained within 24 hours of the check-in time.

e. In case where amendments are requested on Room type or change in hotel, the requested Room type or hotel is subject to availability.

f. You are advised to check the cancellation policy for the room and rate that you are trying to book on the itinerary page.

Rail Tourism

If you wish to cancel your Rail Tour Package, it can be done 96 hours before scheduled departure of the train. Cancellation would be confirmed online and the refund would be credited back to the account used for booking as for normal Internet tickets. If there is any partial cancellation of ticket please ensure that the modified ticket (Voucher) is printed separately as for the original ticket. Calculation of cancellation time would be based on the time of departure of respective train/package. Tickets (Reservations) can be cancelled till Chart preparation of the train and it is not allowed at face to face Railway Counters

a. Cancellation charges for Land (Holiday) and Rail Tour Packages as under

 Up to 4-7 days (excluding departure date)  50% of the package cost
 Less than 4 days  100% of the package cost

b. Cancellation charges for Local Darshan Packages will be as under:

 After departure of the tour  100% of the package cost

Holiday Package

You can cancel holiday package by writing to us at care@yatriadda.com and by calling to our customer care

Condition Cancellation Charges
 From booking date till 30 days prior to departure date  30% of the package cost
 From 30 days to 15 days prior to departure date  50% of the package cost
 From 14 days to 7 days prior to departure date  75% of the package cost
 Less than 7 days prior to departure date  100% of the package cost

Please note that YatriAdda acts only as a facilitator of the services offered on YatriAdda site and shall not be held liable/responsible for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers. Also, Convenience / service fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
